AdaptED delivers format-matched personalized instruction for K–12. When a student doesn't get it the first time, we reteach the same concept in a completely different way — matched to how their brain actually works.
3 instructional formats matched to this student
One in five K–12 students has a diagnosed learning or attention difference. The system teaches them all the same way.
Most classrooms deliver instruction in a single lecture-and-test format. Students who process information differently are systematically underserved — especially the 1 in 5 with diagnosed learning or attention differences.
Over $20 billion is spent on K–12 EdTech annually — and almost none of it is truly personalized. It's one-size-fits-all content with better UI. The only real alternative is private tutoring at $50–$120+/hour.
Teachers can't see who actually understood the lesson and who didn't — until it's too late. They get quarterly report cards and standardized tests, never per-student, per-lesson insight.
A teacher uploads their curriculum once. AdaptED handles the rest — diagnostics, format-matched reteaching, and teacher alerts.
After each lesson, students take a short 5-question diagnostic. If they demonstrate mastery — done in under five minutes. No busywork, no wasted time.
Students who struggle get the same concept in a completely different instructional format — matched to how they process information. Not easier content. Different delivery.
If a student is still stuck, AdaptED flags the teacher. That's the signal a human needs to step in. We don't replace teachers — we give them per-student clarity.

AdaptED doesn't replace what students are learning — it transforms how they reinforce it, personalized to how each student's brain actually processes information.
After each lesson, every student takes a short 5-question diagnostic. If they demonstrate mastery, they're done in under five minutes. The diagnostic identifies exactly where comprehension breaks down.
Students who struggle get the same concept delivered through a completely different instructional format — matched to how they process information. Not easier content. Different delivery. Three formats at launch.
If a student is still stuck after format-matched reteaching, we flag the teacher. Teachers get per-student insight every morning with zero extra prep. The system signals exactly when a human needs to step in.
AdaptED is built on a three-engine architecture designed to ingest curriculum, route students to the right format, and generate personalized instruction.
Teachers upload lesson plans, worksheets, or textbook content. Our system extracts subjects, topics, and learning objectives — building the content foundation that all reteaching draws from.
Based on diagnostic results and learning profile data, the routing engine matches each student to the instructional format most likely to produce comprehension — not just engagement.
The generation engine creates format-matched instructional content — visual, auditory, or kinesthetic — grounded in the teacher's uploaded curriculum. No hallucinated content ever reaches students.

Every feature is designed around how real schools operate — from curriculum upload to teacher dashboards to IEP reporting.
When a student doesn't get it, we reteach the same concept in a completely different format — matched to how their brain processes information. Not easier. Different. Visual → Auditory → Kinesthetic.
Per-student insight every morning. Zero extra prep. See exactly where to intervene before the next lesson — class comprehension, flagged students, reteaches delivered, all in one view.
Upload your lesson plan once. AdaptED generates diagnostics and reteaching activities from your own material — never generic, always grounded in what you teach.
COPPA compliant from day one. FERPA ready. No ads, no data selling, no tracking. Schools and parents own everything — including the ability to export or delete at any time.
One-click export. Formatted for IEP meetings — mastery progress, engagement trends, and format-matched recommendations. Real evidence for real interventions.
Institutional pricing, admin dashboards, and LMS integration on the roadmap. Not a consumer app — purpose-built for how K–12 schools actually operate.

Upload your lesson plan or unit plan. The system generates format-matched activities for each student based on diagnostic results.
Students are grouped by how they process information — not just performance level. Route different instructional formats to different groups automatically.
One-click export generates formatted reports with progress against learning objectives, engagement trends, and format-matched recommendations.
See which students are on track, who is struggling, and which topics need reteaching — all in one view, every morning.

AdaptED delivers the same personalized attention as a private tutor at a fraction of the cost — designed around how your child actually learns, not how a stranger thinks they should.
Private tutors charge $80–$100 per hour — sometimes more. Two sessions a week adds up to $800–$1,200+ per month just to reinforce what happened in class. Most families can't sustain that indefinitely.
Most tutors teach the same way for every student — the way they were trained. If your child processes information differently, that method might not work. And they'll still be stuck after paying for the session.
Your child is expected to open up to a stranger, stay focused for an hour, and act engaged — even when they're not connecting. That's not learning. That's compliance. Kids don't learn best from people they aren't comfortable with.
AdaptED replaces the rigid tutor model with something that works around your child — not the other way around.
A fraction of private tutoring rates. No scheduling. No commuting. No hourly clock ticking while your child sits across from someone they don't know. Personalized instruction, available whenever they need it.
Every child processes information differently. AdaptED identifies whether your child learns best through visual explanations, audio instruction, or hands-on activities — and teaches them that way, every single time.
No awkward sessions with a stranger being paid by the hour. Your child gets instruction that feels personal and interactive — designed for how their brain actually works, not what's easiest for a tutor to deliver.
Parents get a real-time view of how their child is doing — which concepts clicked, what needed a second try, and how their learning profile is evolving. No waiting for report cards to find out your child was struggling for weeks.
AdaptED doesn't replace the classroom — it extends it. Teachers upload content, AdaptED handles personalized reinforcement, and both parents and teachers get visibility into the same student progress. Everyone's on the same page.
Your parent dashboard updates after every lesson — mastery rates, learning format, flagged topics, and more. Clear, simple, and always current.
No complicated onboarding. No lengthy setup. Just personalized learning, ready to go.

A short diagnostic identifies how your child processes information best — visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. That profile drives everything AdaptED delivers to them from that point forward.
After each lesson, AdaptED delivers format-matched reteaching tailored specifically to your child. No action needed from you — it runs in the background, every time.
Your parent dashboard updates after every lesson. Mastery rates, flagged topics, format breakdowns — you'll always know exactly where your child stands, without waiting for report cards.

Purpose-built AI models route each student to the instructional format matched to how their brain processes information.
Visual, auditory, and kinesthetic instructional formats at launch — with more modalities to follow.
AdaptED started with a simple truth: struggling students aren't less capable — they're learning in a system that wasn't built for how their brains work.
With AdaptED, nobody has to be wrong again.— The AdaptED founding principle
We're not building from the outside — we're building from experience. All three founders lived the problem this product solves.
Ella is AdaptED's product thesis. Labeled incapable in third grade, she was later diagnosed with ADHD and thrived when taught in a format that matched how her brain works. She leads vision, product direction, and investor relations.
Dylan is building the three-engine technical architecture: Ingest, Route, and Generate. He leads engineering and is responsible for the AI models that match students to instructional formats.
Diego leads operations and business strategy. He drives the go-to-market plan and school partnerships — bridging technical capability with real-world adoption.
We never describe a child in deficit terms. Learning modalities are strengths, not weaknesses. "Visual-interactive learner" — never "poor reader."
ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles receive equal-quality instruction. Different format and pacing, same rigor. No student gets a lesser experience.
COPPA compliant from day one. No ads. No data selling. No tracking. Schools and parents own their data and can export or delete it anytime.
Our AI never invents topics. Every activity traces back to uploaded curriculum materials. No hallucinated content ever reaches students.
AdaptED reinforces what teachers are already doing. It doesn't replace curriculum — it makes existing instruction work for every student.
Every design decision is grounded in learning science. Our format-matching model is validated against real student outcomes.
